Terms and Conditions

Before placing your order please read through the following information.

1. Please browse through the available products and choose which design, and which items you will purchase.

2. A selection of colours and/or materials will be available for you to choose. Select these from the pull-down menu. You may also be asked for your choice of wording or text style, which you can view on our Wording page. Alternatively you can select to supply your own wording and/or text style.

3. Please proceed to the Checkout. (Delivery costs apply to the final delivery only)

4. Upon receiving your order we will contact you via email to confirm the details with you. We will prompt you for all necessary details (e.g. your wedding text, the details of the reception, etc.), and discuss any extra issues.

5. Prior to producing the whole order we will create a single item/items for you to inspect. This can be either emailed, or posted to you at no extra charge. At this point we can tweak any details that you feel necessary. Once you have finalized the design we will produce the entire order. If at this stage you decide not to continue with the order we will refund your money, minus 10%. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund after this, unless the order is damaged or faulty.

6. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery, following the placing of your order. This takes into account our busy periods.

 

We realise that it is very important for your wedding to be as easy, stress-free and enjoyable as possible, and we aim to help make this happen regarding your wedding stationery. It is also important for the wedding stationery to be unique to you, so please do not feel afraid to ask us any questions about personalizing the design for you. Your input is important to us.
